It is only with the heart that one can see rightly; what is essential is invisible to the eye.

What We Do

Bodymind Teaching reimagines education from the inside out. We integrate breathwork, nervous system regulation, and mindful presence into classrooms, schools, and educator development—through consulting, professional learning, and a soon-to-launch certification program. We’re also developing a flagship microschool that embodies this philosophy in action. By reconnecting the body and mind, our approach helps teachers lead with calm, clarity, and compassion—and empowers students to access their natural capacity for connection, focus, and learning.

Who We Serve

We support educators, school leaders, and learning communities who believe that education must nourish the whole child. Our approach is especially impactful in environments serving students with complex learning profiles, including those with learning disabilities, ADHD and attention-related challenges, executive functioning struggles, sensory processing needs, and social-pragmatic language difficulties. At Bodymind Teaching, we meet students through the body—creating spaces where every learner feels safe, seen, and ready to grow.

Why We Practice

We believe learning begins in the body—not just the mind. Research confirms that practices like breathwork and mindfulness reduce stress, support emotional regulation, and strengthen attention and executive functioning. But the deeper reason we practice is this: when students feel safe and regulated in their bodies, they are more present, more connected, and more capable of meaningful learning. We don’t just teach techniques. We invite new rhythms. New relationships. New ways of being in the classroom. One breath at a time.
